Hi there! Thanks for visiting my personal webpage. I am a doctor of geology since December 2015 and mostly worked on metamorphic geology, regional geology and tectonics. I combine traditional methods like geological mapping and petrography with modern analytical laboratory measurements. Currently, my research focuses on radiometric dating of fault gouge/clay and calcite coatings on the fault surface related to the North Anatolian Fault. Besides, I also work on the uplift history of the Taurus mountains of southern Turkey by low-T thermochronology. You can find more details about my research interests below.
